Quality and Concerns?
Our team conducts several quality checks and preps the blooms on our end to ensure we send the most beautiful blooms and arrangements to you and your customers. We do believe nothing beats farm fresh blooms! We hold ourselves to a high standard at Sweet Peas and delivering flowers that aren’t up to par definitely does not fit within that standard. Delivering or providing fresh, beautiful flowers is our number one priority.
On those rare occasions when there is an issue with your order, we will do our best to make things right by providing a solution that works for you and your recipient. We do expect your help to continue to achieve the highest quality blooms.
For pick-ups: We do expect the customers arrival at the agreed upon time. Pick-up location is outside and we will protect the blooms for the designated timeframe. We are not responsible for the state of the blooms if pick-up is delayed.
Delivery: Our delivery drivers ensure safety of blooms and arrangement integrity at arrival. If recipient is not available, we will leave the blooms in a protective area. Unfortunately we are not able to redeliver if no one is present. Oh and make sure to provide the recipients phone number so we are able to contact them if needed.
Please Note: Photo documentation is required for consideration of refund. Once blooms or arrangements are accepted or picked-up and left the property, refunds are not accepted.
The freshest, highest-quality stems are always our promise to you and your recipient. Our commitment to quality (and our work with Mother Nature) sometimes requires us to substitute colors or even flowers. While we cannot guarantee the exact color or variety of flowers, we promise that they will be fresh, beautiful, and well received by you or your recipient.
